Refund & delivery policy
Chapter & Co. supplies digital ebooks. Whop processes checkout payments. Please review the title, description, format, price, and delivery details before purchasing. Nothing is physically shipped.
Digital purchases and change of mind
Because a digital ebook can be retained after access or download, we generally do not approve change-of-mind refunds once access or delivery has begun. If you contact us before the purchased ebook is made available for access, we will cancel the order and refund it. This policy never limits rights that applicable law gives you.
If there is a problem with your ebook
Contact us if the ebook was not delivered, you cannot access it, the file is damaged or unusable, you received the wrong title, or it is materially different from the description at purchase. We will first try to provide the correct file or restore access. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide an appropriate refund as required by our policy or applicable law.
How to request help or a refund
Use the seller contact details on your Whop receipt. Include your order ID, the email used at checkout, the ebook title, a description of the problem, and a screenshot if relevant. Please contact us as soon as you discover an issue; we aim to reply within two business days. Any time mentioned here does not reduce your statutory rights.
For an unrecognized charge, duplicate payment, or payment processing error, contact Whop at support@whop.com. Whop investigates payment issues separately from product concerns.
EU, EEA, and UK consumers
Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right. For digital content, that right may end after downloading or accessing begins only if, at checkout, you expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right. If that checkout acknowledgment was not obtained, the statutory withdrawal right remains. Other mandatory consumer rights also remain in place.
Whop cases and card disputes
You may raise a product concern with us through Whop’s available support or resolution process. This policy does not prevent Whop from handling payment issues or prevent rights under applicable law and card network rules. We review each request using the purchase record, product description, and delivery information.
